At The London Talent Group, our mission is to support and promote your perfromers talent across a wide range of media and entertainment platforms. Whether it’s live theatre, film, television, commercials, radio, or digital content, we are dedicated to helping them thrive in the industry. We also handle important areas like merchandising and advertising, ensuring all opportunities align with contracts provided by production companies.

As part of our service, we’ll manage all contract negotiations for the perfromers work,offering expert advice to guide you through every step. While we actively seek opportunities on your childs/your behalf, we kindly ask that any offers or engagements that come directly to you are referred to us so we can handle the negotiations professionally and ensure everything is in yours/child’s best interest.

Our relationship with you is built on trust and collaboration. As exclusive agents, we handle all negotiations, allowing you to focus on supporting your child’s journey. We’ll always consult with you fully before finalising any agreements, ensuring you’re involved in every important decision.

To support your/child’s career, we will also manage payments for their work, deducting a standard 15% commission (plus VAT if applicable) from gross earnings. This includes earnings from renewals, extensions, or substitutions of contracts we negotiate. Should there be any exceptions to this rate, we’ll discuss and agree on these with you in advance.
